Coverage Area
We ship to all regions and cities across Saudi Arabia. International shipping is not currently available, but we are working on expanding our coverage soon.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options: Standard shipping (2-4 business days) and Express shipping (within 24 hours for major cities). Shipments are handled by trusted carriers including SMSA and Emsek.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders that include roast-to-order products may require an additional business day to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of 200 EGP or more. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time (up to 7 business days). You will be notified of any expected delays before order confirmation.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number. You can also track your order through your account or the order tracking page.
