Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description on our website. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return Timeframe

You may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a return.

Return Process

To submit a return request, log in to your account, select the order you wish to return, and click "Request Return." Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

After your return request is approved and the returned product is received, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used at purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned: ground coffee after opening, roast-to-order products (unless defective), and products that have been used or had their packaging opened.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for items of equal or greater value (with the difference paid). The same return conditions and timeframe apply to exchange requests.
